These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the bat11 platform, including all cricket betting, casino gaming, bonus programmes, and financial transaction services available at bat11.club. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wager.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using the bat11 platform — whether through the website at bat11.club, any associated mobile-optimised interface, or any other channel made available by bat11 — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and bat11 (the "Platform" or "Operator") with respect to your use of bat11 services. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the bat11 platform.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with the bat11 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document published by bat11, these Terms shall prevail.
2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
The bat11 platform is strictly for adults. You must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to create an account and use bat11 services:
- You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
- You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is not explicitly prohibited to you personally.
- You must not be classified as a problem gambler or self-excluded from any betting or gaming operator at the time of registration.
- You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of bat11 or any of its affiliated companies or game-provider partners.
- You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
bat11 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. If a Player is found to be under 18 years of age, bat11 will immediately close the account, void all bets and wagers placed since account opening, and return any deposited funds (minus any withdrawals already made) to the payment source from which they originated.
3. Account Registration
To place bets, play casino games, or access any real-money feature on bat11, you must first register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including but not limited to:
- Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document
- A valid, personal email address that you own and have regular access to
- Your date of birth
- Your current residential address within Bangladesh
- A valid mobile number registered in your name, used for account verification and bKash / Nagad payment matching
- A chosen username and a strong, unique password
Each individual player is permitted to hold one account only. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bat11 account credentials. bat11 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your login details secure. You must notify bat11 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
KYC Verification
bat11 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to all accounts. Verification is required before your first withdrawal and may be requested at any time during the account lifecycle. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. bat11 may also request a recent utility bill or bank statement for address verification.
Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of receiving a request will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is completed. bat11 reserves the right to close accounts where KYC verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the bat11 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). bat11 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:
- bKash — minimum deposit ৳200; withdrawals processed within an average of 15 minutes
- Nagad — minimum deposit ৳200; withdrawals processed within an average of 15 minutes
- Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank) — minimum deposit ৳300
- Upay — minimum deposit ৳300
- Visa / Mastercard — minimum deposit ৳500; processing times subject to card-issuer processing schedules
Deposit Policy
All deposits are credited to your bat11 account balance in real time for mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). bat11 does not charge a platform-side deposit fee; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges. Players are advised to check their MFS provider's current fee schedule.
bat11 reserves the right to reject deposits that cannot be verified as originating from the registered account holder. Deposits made via third-party accounts — accounts not registered in the Player's own name — will be declined and returned where possible, or held pending investigation.
Withdrawal Policy
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit (same-source rule). bat11 may request supporting documentation to verify the payment source before processing a withdrawal.
bat11 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Processing times for card withdrawals may vary between 1–5 business days depending on the issuing bank. bat11 does not apply withdrawal fees on its side; bank or MFS provider fees, if any, are the Player's responsibility.
Withdrawals will be placed on hold pending completion of KYC verification if the Player has not yet completed identity verification. Pending withdrawal requests do not accrue interest.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
bat11 offers a range of bonus programmes including welcome bonuses, daily reload bonuses, free spin bundles, cashback on cricket losses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:
- Bonuses are available to registered, verified account holders only. Bonuses cannot be claimed by players who have self-excluded or whose accounts are under review.
- Each bonus carries a specific wagering requirement (also known as a playthrough requirement). The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games are stated in the individual bonus terms published alongside each promotion on the bat11 platform.
- Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Withdrawal requests submitted before wagering requirements are met will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance and associated winnings.
- bat11 enforces a one active bonus at a time policy. Players may not stack multiple bonuses simultaneously unless a promotion explicitly permits it.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside the bat11 platform.
- bat11 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus at any time if there is evidence of abuse, collusion, or exploitation of the bonus system.
- Bonus expiry dates are stated in each promotion's specific terms. Bonuses not used or not meeting wagering requirements within the stated period will expire automatically.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules
All sports betting on the bat11 platform — including cricket markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international matches, and all other competitions offered — is governed by the following general rules:
- All bets are final once confirmed. bat11 does not accept bet cancellation requests after a bet slip has been submitted and accepted by the system.
- bat11 reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors (palpable errors), system malfunctions, match abandonment, or other extraordinary circumstances that materially affect the integrity of a market.
- Live (in-play) betting odds are updated in real time and are subject to suspension or alteration without notice during fast-moving in-game events (e.g., immediately following a wicket or DRS review).
- Minimum and maximum bet stakes apply per market and are displayed within the bet slip interface at the time of placing a wager.
- Winnings on sports bets are calculated at the odds confirmed at the time of bet acceptance. bat11 does not retrospectively apply improved odds to already-accepted bets.
Casino Gaming Rules
All casino games available on the bat11 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or — in the case of live dealer games — real physical game instruments operated by licensed studio dealers. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is published by the respective game provider and is available within the game's information panel.
bat11 is not responsible for any interruption in gameplay caused by internet connectivity issues on the Player's side. In the event of a disconnection during a casino game round, bat11's system will complete the round according to its last confirmed state. Any disputed outcomes must be raised with customer support within 72 hours of the relevant game session.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bat11 platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:
- Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification; impersonating another person; using stolen payment credentials.
- Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; using automated scripts or bots to exploit promotional mechanics; participating in collusive bonus-clearing schemes.
- Match-fixing and insider betting: Placing bets based on inside information about the outcome of a sporting event; attempting to manipulate the outcome of any match, game, or competition on which bat11 offers markets.
- Money laundering: Using bat11 as a vehicle to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. bat11 applies AML (Anti-Money Laundering) monitoring to all accounts and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
- Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to place bets, spin slots, or interact with the platform without direct human action, unless explicitly authorised in writing by bat11.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or MFS provider without first attempting to resolve the dispute directly with bat11 support.
- Third-party account use: Allowing another person to access or operate your bat11 account on your behalf; receiving funds in your bat11 account from a third party's payment source.
8. Account Suspension & Closure
bat11 reserves the right to suspend or close any Player account at any time and without prior notice if bat11 reasonably believes that:
- The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
- The Player's account shows patterns consistent with fraudulent, abusive, or money-laundering activity;
- The Player has provided false or misleading information during registration or at any later stage;
- The Player is a minor (under 18 years of age);
- Continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to bat11;
- The Player has requested self-exclusion under the bat11 Responsible Gaming policy.
Upon closure of an account for reasons not related to fraudulent conduct or breach of Terms, bat11 will return any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable processing period. Balances derived from or contaminated by fraudulent activity may be withheld pending investigation.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their bat11 account may do so by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Players are advised to withdraw any remaining balance before submitting a closure request.
9. Privacy & Data
bat11 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published separately and incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating a bat11 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
bat11 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, game studios, and fraud-detection services strictly as required to deliver bat11 services to you. All third-party data processors engaged by bat11 are bound by data processing agreements consistent with the purpose limitation and data minimisation principles.
bat11 stores Player data on encrypted, geographically distributed servers. All data in transit between your browser and the bat11 platform is protected by 256-bit SSL (TLS) encryption. 10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bat11 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of funds resulting from a Player's voluntary participation in betting or gaming activities on the bat11 platform;
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Player's use of or inability to use the bat11 platform;
- Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the bat11 service caused by factors beyond bat11's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, mobile network failures, natural disasters, government actions, or third-party service failures;
- Any loss resulting from the Player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials;
- Any inaccuracy in odds, game results, or account balances caused by a technical error, provided bat11 takes reasonable steps to identify and correct such errors promptly.
bat11's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or the Player's use of the bat11 platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by the Player in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Amendments to These Terms
bat11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bat11 will notify registered Players by email to the address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the bat11 platform.
Amended Terms will take effect on the date published unless a later effective date is stated. Your continued use of the bat11 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the bat11 platform and close your account.
bat11 recommends that Players review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page and in the "Last Updated" indicator on the hero section above.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations in the relevant operating jurisdiction. bat11 operates as an international online platform and does not make specific representations regarding the legality of online gaming in Bangladesh or any other jurisdiction. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the bat11 platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
In the event of a dispute between a Player and bat11, the Player should first contact the bat11 support team at [email protected] with a clear description of the issue. bat11 aims to resolve all Player disputes within 10 business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with bat11 support, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith mediation before pursuing any other legal remedy. bat11's decisions on matters of game outcome, odds, and bonus eligibility — when made in accordance with these Terms — are final and binding.
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation, the English version shall prevail.
